Lovely makeup that isn’t rated to be waterproof but it definitely has some water
resistance to it. They are on the cheaper side but don’t let that fool you. I can definitely
recommend this brand as well. A basic white, black, and grey set is about $6.79. |

This is a common wholesale eye shadow palette that eludes people. It is
actually made by Coastal Scents and comes in different styles such as Ultra Shimmer, Metal Mania,

Another option that can save you money and extend your creativity is 120 colors of eye
shadow. This seems to be a no-name brand but you can find them using the 1st edition, 2nd edition,

you will sacrifice a bit of quality with these larger sizes. |
